He has worked with McKinsey and Company, 24/7 Customer Inc. and Sundram Fasteners Ltd. He is currently the Chairman of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited and CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited and also on the Board of various companies including Ambadi Investments Limited, CG Semi Private Limited, Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited, Mavco Investments Private Limited, MAVNU Investments Private Limited, Mavsky Enterprises Private Limited, Mavstar Investments Private Limited, SRF Limited, TI Clean Mobility Private Limited, and CG Power Americas [LLC]. He is a Partner at Kadamane Estates Company and Murugappa & Sons. Anand Kumar is a Co-Founder and Partner of Gateway Partners, an investment firm focused on growth capital and strategic opportunities across markets in Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He has about three decades of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking and investing in South and Southeast Asia with a strong network of relationships in the region. Prior to co-founding Gateway Partners about a decade ago, he has held leadership positions in several leading investment banks including Standard Chartered Bank and Morgan Stanley. Tejpreet Singh Chopra graduated from The Lawrence School, Sanawar and holds an MBA degree from Cornell University, a B.A. Honors degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and attended an executive program at the Harvard Kennedy School. He is the Founder & CEO of Bharat Light & Power Group (BLP) Group. Until 2010, Mr. Tejpreet Singh Chopra was the President & CEO of General Electric in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. Prior to that, he served as President & CEO of GE Commercial Finance in India. He is also currently on the Board of Directors of DCM Shriram Limited, Eicher Motors Limited, Indian Energy Exchange Limited, Indraprastha Medical Corporation Limited and TI Clean Mobility Private Limited as an Independent Director, and Bharat Light and Power Investments Pte Ltd. (Singapore) and Bharat Light and Power Group Pte Ltd. (Singapore). Mukesh Ahuja, Managing Director, is a Graduate in Production Engineering from Dr. BA Marathwada University and MBA in Marketing. He has completed Executive General Management Program in IIM-Bangalore and Advance Management Program in the Harvard Business School, Boston. He has about three decades of experience in managing operations, strategy, business development and sales & marketing. Started his career as Graduate Trainee Engineer in Production Planning & Control with LPS Ltd, Rohtak. He is the Chairman of Moshine Electronics Private Limited and X2Fuels and Enerqv Private Limited and also on the Board of 3xper lnnoventure Limited, IPLTech Electric Private Limited, Shanthi Gears Limited, Tl Clean Mobility Private Limited, Tl Medical Private Limited.

V S Radhakrishnan is a post graduate in Commerce and holds an MBA from Madras University. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has over three decades of experience in State Bank of India (“SBI”) across commercial/wholesale, retail banking, treasury, trade finance, rural credit and international banking. He retired as a Deputy Managing Director of Commercial Clients group of SBI in January 2023. He was a nominee director of SBI on the Board of Yes Bank from August 2020 to July 2022. He is currently on the Board of Vedanta Iron and Steel Limited, Finqube Capital Private Limited, and Tenmark Capital Private Limited.

Shelina Pranav Parikh completed her B.A. from Brown University and MBA from Harvard Business School. She is the Joint Managing Director of Tech Nova Group, a privately held, family business group with interests in imaging solutions, chemicals and industrial products. She also heads TechNova Ventures, the investment arm of their family office. She is on the board of M/s. Zydus Lifesciences Limited apart from the companies in the TechNova group.

K Murali has done graduation in Chemistry and Metallurgy. He also has done certificate course in SQC from the Indian Statistical Institute.
He started his career with Sundram Fasteners Ltd. (a TVS Group Company) and worked for 16 years in Cold Extrusion & Powder Metallurgy Division in Process Design & Control, New Product Development, Quality Assurance and R&D.
He then moved on to Tube Products of India (a Unit of Tube Investments of India Ltd., Murugappa Group) and held various leading positions in Product Development, Operations, Quality Assurance and Business Development in Electric Resistance Welded and Cold Drawn Welded steel tubes and Cold Rolled Steel Strips of automotive industry.
He now heads Tube Products of India, one of the largest manufacturers of Precision Cold Drawn Welded Steel Tubes, Steel Strips and Tubular Components.
He has close association with all major national and international auto customers and Steel producers for development of tubes as well as steels to suit to emerging requirements. He has presented Technical Papers in SAE Congress and International Tube Association.

S Suresh is the Executive Vice President – Legal & Corporate Affairs of Tube Investments of India Ltd. A graduate in Commerce, he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. With over three decades of rich experience in the legal and corporate secretarial/compliance functions, he is a specialist in niche areas like mergers and takeovers having handled several such assignments during his long association with the Group since 1993. He was also the Secretary to the Murugappa Corporate Advisory Board for over 15 years. Prior to joining the Company, he was part of the Secretarial teams of E.I.D. Parry (India) Limited and Spartek Ceramics India Limited.

AN Meyyappan is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 25 years of experience in the Company in various capacities. He was heading the Auto Chains business unit of the Company and has experience heading finance at both division and corporate in the Company prior to his current role.

Rajagopal is the Senior Vice President & Division Head of TI Cycles of India. He is a graduate in B.Com from Madras University, Fellow member of ICWAI and Associate member of ICSI.  He holds an MBA degree from the Open University, UK.  He started his career at Loyal Textiles Group of Companies and later worked for TICAPCO Limited.  He re-joined TII in December 1999 as Manager- M&FA and has worked in various divisions of TII since then.  He has over three decades of overall experience in Finance, Strategy and Business Development.

Shivdeep Singh Jammu is currently the Vice President & Division Head for Tube Products of India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College and completed his MBA from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. He also did his Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School, Boston. He started his career as Deputy Manager with Steel Strips Tubes. With over 25 years of experience, he joined Tube Products of India in 2007 as Senior Manager-Manufacturing Engineering. His areas of expertise include strategic planning & execution, project management, production management, and change management.

M Karunakaran is a Mechanical Engineer from Annamalai University, Completed his Post Graduate diploma in Die & Tool Design from GTTC and MBA from University of Madras. He has also completed Advanced Manufacturing Program from M/s Warwick University, UK and Murugappa Leadership program (MLP) from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has about three decades of experience in Operations, Strategy and business turn around. He has been associated with Tube investments of India Limited (TII) for more than 25 years and now serving as CEO of Shanthi Gears Limited from Feb 2019.

Sivakumar is the Vice President & Division Head for the Metal Formed Products Division of TII. He is a Graduate from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (Engineering) in Manufacturing Management. He also holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the Great Lakes Institute of Management. He started his career with Addison & Company Limited as Supervisor-Production. He joined TII in 1995 as Junior Superintendent – Production. He has about three decades of overall experience in Operations, Planning, Marketing & Exports. He is part of TII’s leadership programs TISP (TI Senior Manager Program) & BLP (Business Leadership Program).

S Venkatraman is the Chief People Officer of Tube Investments of India Limited. He has completed his BE (Electrical) Government College of Engineering Salem, MBA (HR) from Bharathiar University and PG Diploma PMIR from Bharathiar University. He has also completed M. Phil. in Management from Bharathiar University. He has led Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, Corporate Social Responsibility, Land Management, Public Relations, and Policy Advocacy functions for large and complex organisations. He started his career with Vedanta Group and subsequently worked with companies like Atha Group & Amalgam Steel and Sandhar Technologies, having two and a half decades of experience. He currently heads the Human Resources, Industrial Relations & CSR for the Company.

Ganesh Gulab Kale is the Vice President of the Corporate Technology Centre of Tube Investments of India Limited. He is a graduate in B.E. (Mechanical) from MIT, Pune and also completed his Post graduation in M. Tech (Design Engineering) from College of Engineering, Pune. Mr. Ganesh is a seasoned Technology and Innovation leader with over two decades of experience in guiding organizations. He started his career with M/s. Tata Motors and been at leadership position in Metalsa. He has been associated with the TII since December 2024.
